Justice gets a bit more expensive in North Carolina starting July 1, 2011.
New Fees:
Magistrate(eviction or small claims): $96
District Court(eviction appeals and collections above $5,000): $150
Endorsement of Original Summons and A & P Summonses: $15
Motions: $20
